Items may be returned unworn, odour free and in their original condition with all labels attached within 14 days of purchase for exchange or refund, and up to 28 days from purchase for a credit note only. Sale items are none refundable but can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
Unfortunately any returns not meeting the above requirements or are returned outside the 14 days allotted time will be rejected.
Please ensure the order number, name, address and all other details are included with the returned item(s).
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and the item(s) will remain the responsibility of the customer until it reaches us. We therefore recommend items are returned via a method requiring a signature on delivery and that the items are insured. We will not be held responsible for items lost in transit. Initial shipping charges are none refundable and if the order qualified for free delivery the cost of postage will be deducted from any refund.
We must be informed of faulty or damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt. When returning items for exchange or refund please include your contact details and order number.
Please note - We can not give refunds on items purchased through payment plans but we are happy to give exchanges.
